Did you know that the state of Texas tried to BAN Smokable Hemp?

We are thrilled to announce that our fight to OVERTURN the Texas Retail and Distribution Ban on Smokable Hemp was successful! 

We are extremely proud and grateful for our 1937 Apothecary & Custom Botanical Dispensary legal team. We owe a great deal to them as well as those that fought alongside us; Crown Distributing, Appellees, and American Juice Co.

This judgment came today by the Austin Court of Appeals which held that the Texas Department of State Health Services policy to ban the distribution and retail sales of smokable hemp products was illegal because it was not authorized by HB 1325.
